Note: It has come to our attention that there are companies operating on the internet that are claiming to offer registration and housing services for AAO-HNSF’s Annual Meeting, which are not affiliated with the AAO-HNSF and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive e-mails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the AAO-HNSF website and reserved through AAO-HNSF’s official registration and housing provider (Wyndham Jade).
Online registration is fast, easy and secure. You will receive a confirmation letter immediately. Attendees should bring their confirmation letter on-site to receive their meeting materials. A picture ID will be required to pick-up your materials.

Registration Changes or Cancellations
- Name changes and substitutions are not permitted.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via the firstname.lastname@example.org
- There will be a 25 percent processing fee on all cancellations received in writing on or before July 10, 2017.
- All cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before August 11, 2017 to be eligible for a 50 percent refund.
- No refunds will be processed if cancellation is received after August 11, 2017.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the 2017 Annual Meeting & OTO Experience.
Children under the age of 16, even if paid registrants, will not be admitted to session rooms or the Exhibit Hall. Exceptions can be made for nursing mothers, but for safety reasons, strollers cannot be allowed in session rooms or the Exhibit Hall. Children should be kept quiet as to not interrupt the sessions.
The AAO-HNSF accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of credit card payment. Payments by check must be drawn on a U.S. bank, in U.S. dollars, and must be made payable to the AAO-HNSF. If you are paying by check, please mail the check and the completed registration form to:
