More than 5,500 of the brightest and most talented medical experts from around the globe convene during this once-a-year opportunity to share practical, comprehensive knowledge to advance the specialty. The Annual Meeting & OTO Experience is designed for practicing otolaryngologist–head and neck surgeons and associates, researchers in otolaryngology, senior academic professors and department chairs, community practitioners, international societies, fellows-in-training, and residents.

The AAO-HNSF provides complimentary access to the Annual Meeting to credentialed members of the media, including print, broadcast, and online media for the express purpose of gathering news and information to produce press coverage of the 121st Annual Meeting & OTO Experience. Media representatives who are welcome to attend include reporters, writers, photographers, and videographers. News organizations seeking media credentials must be represented by editorial staff, and media registration is limited to 2 individuals per outlet/news organization. 

Once approved for registration, you will receive an email with specific instructions about how to register and secure housing. All press registrants agree to abide by the Associations Guidelines and Policies.
